Terms of Service
▪ When you purchase any of my services, you are automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being required to follow them.
General Information
▪ You are only purchasing the digital file. Not the printed art.
▪ I will send you the full resolution picture (by email or dA note), but my signature will remain on it. If you happen to need to re-upload the picture somewhere, I would apreciate if you give the credits.
▪ As an artist, my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive (linearts style, coloring method...). They are very slight changes, but please keep that in mind..
▪ Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll probaly modify them a bit to make them fit my style (it's just a slight change).
Copyright / Usage Policy
▪ As the artist I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may do whatever I wish with it, in example;
♦ Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit as the owner of the characters).
♦ Promote myself with it in any place.
♦ Publish books with it.
▪ As a commissioner you may:
♦ Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes).
♦ Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
♦ Use it as decoration for your DeviantArt profile, Facebook avatar, Instagram... as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.
▪ You are NOT ALLOWED to:
♦ Change, modify, trace or use my works without my permission.
♦ Reproduce the copyrighted artwork comercially (meaning making money of it in any way)
♦ Take credit for the art.
♦ Remove my watermarks /signatures.
Payment Process
▪ At the moment I only accept DA Points.
▪ I will request payment instead of having you send me the payment to avoid accidental transactions.
▪ If you don't have the necessary points (first part and second part) yet, I can wait for 3 days.
▪ Please, note English is not my first languaje so try to spell everything well and avoid using too much abbreviations so I can understand you easily.
Changes
▪ Once the picture is finished, I can do small changes such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten.
▪ I will accept a maximum of 2 important changes (Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the picture). After the 2nd change I have the right to decline any further changes or to charge you an extra fee per every change.
Refunds
▪ I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once I reach the lineart stage there will be no refunds.
▪ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received unless there's a good reason for it (such as serious financial problems).
